The units are luxurious and new-fashioned with sparkling washrooms. the staff is lovely and makes sure that the place is fairly clean. - An amazing restaurant with delicious food.

Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was perfect and fairly clean, it had peaceful and perfect location in city centre. The classic queen room was big size and luxurious. Location: the property was close enough to the holy shrine, and a more continental market. Also, Imam Hussain Museum was 2 km away...

The spot was ideal, being near Imam Ali's shrine and other religious sites, the room I had reserved was nicely equipped, including clean and sparkling bathrooms.

Impressed by the classic twin room with amenities like a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and a multi-channel television included.

Rayhaan offers a fantastic experience! the cleanliness and comfort exceeded my expectations. the shuttle service to the Haram operates 22 hours daily, making transportation easy. There’s a great selection of Pakistani food available, plus a 24-hour café for snacks. I appreciated the interconnecting rooms and disabled facilities. the breakfast was decent, and the hotel's modern amenities make it a solid choice for any traveler.

We had a lovely stay at Karbala Rayhaan Hotel. The rooms were well equipped and the room service was excellent. The food at the hotel was amazing, and we especially enjoyed the breathtaking view from the coffee shop on the 15th floor. The staff were nice and spoke fluent English. I highly recommend this comfortable and elegant hotel to visitors of Holy Karbala.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us, especially Ayad. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice and big lobby. The cleanliness was remarkable, we could notice it throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Also, the hotel provides free shuttle transportation to the holy shrine, which proved incredibly convenient. The location was perfect, with the holy shrine within walking distance, a few meters from a more continental market.

Comfortable beds and amazing food! With the hotel located just a few minutes' walk from the holy shrines, it was easy to visit them during the Christmas season. The free shuttle that was offered whenever we needed it saved us a lot of time, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the city from high up on the 15th floor.

The Wi-Fi was a bit pricey, the shower didn't have the best water pressure and, the bed line could have been replaced more often. But these inconveniences aside, overall this place was brilliant!

Excellent hotel, newer property, extremely clean. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Spacious and excellent breakfast area. Good handling of groups during events. Free shuttle to holy shrines and paid shuttle to Airport. Upgraded to a suite. Great hospitality and kindness of staff.
